Three steps, then it's done

Subscribing takes the same time as a normal order. Here's exactly how:

STEP 1: Choose "Subscribe & Save"

On the product page, select "Subscribe & Save" option - same meal, same bag. Discounted price reflected upfront.

STEP 2: Pick how often you want it

On the drop down, select your desired frequency (e.g every 3 weeks). Automatically repeat on every cycle. Change it whenever you like.

STEP 3: Card is charged, then we deliver

On each renewal date, your saved card is automatically charged. The parcel arrives 1-3 working days later.

Some questions you might have

When am I charged?

On each renewal date. The first charge happens at checkout; after that it follows the frequency you picked, with a reminder three days ahead.

What if I have too much food?

Delay the next order, or change the frequency of delivery order. Both take a few seconds in on your subscriber portal.

What if I need the food earlier than expected?

Reschedule your next order to an earlier date, or simply selected "Ship Next Order Now" on your subscriber portal. (Please check that your upcoming orders schedule is correct after clicking it.)

Can I change the product flavour or size?

Yes. Puppies move on to adult meals, appetites change. Swap the product on your subscription portal whenever you need to. Click on "Swap Product" button.

How do I cancel the subscription?

You can do so any time, no lock down, no fee, simply click on "Cancel Subscription" on your Subscription Portal. Before you cancel, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to solve them!
