Should there be anything that you're not happy with, simply get in touch and we'll arrange for a FULL refund!
To request for a refund, you may contact us at contact@essentialfoods.sg.Â
*All returned items will be subjected to inspection and Essential Foods SG reserves the right to determine the final amount of refund.
Once we process your request, simply pack the items you wish to return and we will send you the instructions on how to return them.
*A return is only eligible for items bought from our online store (www.essentialfoods.sg), and within 30 days from the delivery date, with at least 80% of the product remaining.
*Refund is not applicable for any sample products.
*To be eligible for any damaged or wrong items full refund, please reach out to us within 5 days from the delivery date and attach clear photo evidences.
After we have received your returned item, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us again.
